Registration can be conducted either on-line or on-site. Registration is only completed after the registration fee is paid. There will be no refund after registration. Discounted rates are offered before October 31, 2023.

Deadline for registrations and payments: November 10, 2023

The registration fees are:

450 EUR for senior researchers (+50 EUR afterOctober 31)

250 EUR for students (+50 EUR after October 31)

The registration fees shall include:

- the access to all sessions

- lunches on November 29 and November 30

- coffee-breaks

- the welcome reception

- a digital copy of to the conference proceedings.

- for each registration completed before November 17, 2023, the access to the symposium gala dinner is included and guaranteed. Details on the gala dinner will be available shortly.

For the registration completed after November 17, 2023, the access to the symposium gala dinner is not guaranteed because of the restaurant reservation requirement and the participant will be notified according to the restaurant availability.

Additional tickets for the symposium gala dinner can be purchased according to the restaurant availability. Requests shall be made directly to the conference organizers.

Each accepted contributed paper, either oral or poster, must have at least one full registration in order to be included in the symposium program.
